Mr. Philip Wanke serves as Principal In-Charge for our planning and landscape architecture projects. Mr. Wanke’s role is to work with the stakeholders in the study, planning, and design phases. He has an active role in design development plans and strategies and is responsible for on time and in budget projects. The firm’s success in public projects is attributed to Philip Wanke’s 29 years of planning award winning developments, parks, and open spaces.

Steven Lawrence Biegel

Steven L. Biegel, AIA is a registered architect and a member of the American Institute of Architects. He has practiced architecture in Texas, Florida, New York, and Washington, D.C. since 1980 and has many notable large-scale multifamily and major mixed-use projects to his credit. Mr. Biegel is widely known throughout the U.S. architectural community for his leadership abilities and large-scale project management skills. He is an author, artist, and advocate for energy conservation and sustainable design.

Trupti Doshi

Trupti Doshi is a licensed Architect in Texas with 20+ years of experience. She is currently serving as the Associate Principal Architect and leading the Houston office at Place Designers. In this role, she oversees and manages projects within the Architecture studio, ensuring their successful execution. Her dedication lies in collaborating with clients to realize their goals, driving her commitment to maximizing the potential of every project. Fueled by passion, perseverance, and a wealth of diverse experiences, she excels in crafting innovative design solutions and taking projects from concepts to creation, effectively managing all resources. Trupti’s expertise spans various project types, including residential, multi-family, senior living, retail, hospitality, corporate office, K-8 schools, medical, transit terminal, and interiors across India, Pennsylvania, and Texas. Notably, her contributions as a Project Architect at SPA, on the Chrome Hotel in Kolkata, India, earned the project the “Best Mid-Range Hotel” Award in the Hospitality Design Awards in NY in 2010. The project is also prominently featured on ArchDaily and multiple other publications.
