Satya has announced that construction will begin this summer on Tiara on the Beach, the first new condominium tower on Galveston Island in more than 15 years. Designed with inspiration from Miami architecture, the 10-story, 63-unit beachfront tower at 10525 San Luis Pass Road will feature residences ranging from 1,600 to 2,700 square feet, each with floor-to-ceiling Gulf views and private balconies equipped for outdoor kitchens. Priced from $1.2 million to over $3 million, Tiara on the Beach offers seven exclusive penthouses with private elevator vestibules and fireplaces. Residents will enjoy resort-style amenities including a pool, yoga studio, fitness center, pickleball courts, golf simulator, wine lounge, cigar lounge, and private walkways to the beach. With about 20% of the units already under contract, the project is expected to be completed in 24 to 30 months, marking a new era of luxury living on Galveston’s West End.
