Founded in Texas, we bring decades of combined expertise in planning, landscape, architecture, consulting, and entitlements. Our work spans multi-family, mixed-use, commercial, industrial, and civic projects, always with the same goal: to deliver thoughtful, functional, and beautiful solutions that serve both people and place.

PLACE Designers was founded in 2014 through the merger of two award-winning firms, LZT Architects and BWM Group, originally founded in 1998. Together, we bring decades of proven expertise, offering an integrated approach that transforms vision into reality through seamless coordination, innovative solutions, and enduring results.
