Tiara On the Beach, a new 10-story, 63-unit luxury condominium development by Satya, is set to start construction this summer on Galveston’s West End, marking the first high-rise condo development since Hurricane Ike struck in 2008. Units will range from one to three bedrooms—including penthouses and “penterras” on the first floor—with square footage between approximately 1,661 and 4,301, and starter prices around $1.2 million. Every residence will boast deluxe features like floor-to-ceiling windows with sweeping Gulf views, high-end appliances, hurricane preparedness via backup generators, and sweeping balconies equipped for outdoor cooking. Residents will also have access to upscale amenities including a fitness/yoga center, infinity pool, game room, wine-storage/tasting room, pickleball/basketball court, private walkways to the beach, and more. After acquiring one of the last remaining beachfront parcels in July 2020 and navigating approvals through 2021 and 2022, Satya is now ready to break ground on what promises to redefine the luxury coastline experience in Galveston.
