The arrival of a construction crane on Galveston’s West End beachfront signaled a major milestone for Tiara on the Beach, the island’s first new high-rise condominium project in nearly 17 years. Designed by PLACE Designers, Inc., the 10-story luxury tower will feature 63 Gulf-facing residences with expansive amenities and resort-style finishes, reinforcing Galveston’s return to high-rise coastal living. The crane’s installation marks the transition into vertical construction, a visible step forward in the $100 million development led by Houston-based Satya Inc., with completion anticipated in 2025.
