The plan introduces a variety of residential options—including multifamily buildings and townhomes—alongside a hotel, retail and dining spaces, a theater, daycare, and urgent care. Amenities such as pools, clubhouse facilities, and pedestrian-friendly streets tie the program together, creating a complete destination where residents and visitors can live, shop, and gather within a connected environment.

 

Designed as three integrated sub-districts, Bastrop Gateway balances urban density with open space, establishing seamless pedestrian and vehicular circulation throughout.
