She oversees a diverse portfolio across all project phases while managing daily studio operations to ensure smooth coordination, resource efficiency, and design excellence. Known for her collaborative approach, Trupti works closely with clients to bring their visions to life across sectors such as residential, multi-family, commercial, hospitality, senior living, education, healthcare, transit terminals, and interior design. Her global perspective—shaped by a career spanning India, Pennsylvania, and Texas—has informed her work on several acclaimed projects, including the award-winning Chrome Hotel in Kolkata, which received the 2010 Hospitality Design Award for Best Mid-Range Hotel and was featured on ArchDaily. Trupti is also proactive in fostering long-term relationships and identifying new opportunities that align with the firm’s growth and strategic direction. She is currently leading major developments including the upcoming Sachs on the Seawall and high-profile projects like Tiara on the Beach and Whitecap, continuing to drive impactful, client-focused design through strong leadership and operational expertise.
