Sachs on the Seawall is a landmark mixed-use development currently advancing through the Planned Unit Development (PUD) process in Galveston. Encompassing approximately 1.5 million square feet of new construction, the project will bring much-needed hospitality, residential, retail, and public amenities to the city’s west end.

The development provides parking for over 1,000 cars, adheres to FAA restrictions at a maximum height of 145 feet, and enhances the island with roadway improvements, a public nature trail, and a preserved pond habitat for migratory birds and native wildlife. By combining luxury residences, retail, hospitality, and inclusive housing, Sachs on the Seawall establishes a new destination and delivers the west end’s first major concentration of retail and commercial space for residents and visitors alike.
